What's your business, and who are your customers?
Pacific Perks is a flat-fee mobile cafe specializing in creating a fun and surprising experience while we promote your business, reward your team and celebrate life's events. Every from Espresso to Crepes is made to order right there in front of the guests!
Tell us about yourself
Pacific Perks was created out of a personal crisis in our lives. Sometimes, that is a gift when something in your life needs to change. My "wasband" has MS, and the corporate world was no longer working with these debilitating health issues. At the same time, I discovered I was an entrepreneur at heart. We needed a business that would allow us the balance of life, flexibility, and the potential to thrive financially.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is leading an incredible group of people and seeing them thrive with the flexibility and opportunity we offer them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Not knowing what you don't know! I am still learning... It is important to get the right professionals in your circle to help navigate the best business decisions for your company.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The above is for sure! Also, invest in your employees - that will make your business successful. Look at pay, flexibility, culture, and appreciation.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
The goal for 2022 is to franchise Pacific Perks!
