What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is Own Your Choice Healing. My mission is to bring sunshine into your day one step at a time! Here to support and hold space for individuals on a path of wellness to feel more aligned, vibrate higher and connect to their inner goddess! Here at Own Your Choice Healing, we offer reiki soul sessions, aura scans, infused frequency reiki, and connect your flow workshops through 1to 1, remote, virtual, and class sessions.

My customers are conscious seekers aligned with my energy, eager to tap into their power, ignite their souls, and are on a path of coherence.
Tell us about yourself
I started on this path well over a decade ago when my passion for answers became my reality. I started doing the work. Diving deep into personal growth development and making myself my WHY! Tapping into what made me happy filled me with Joy and gave me a spark.
I crossed paths with Reiki healing, and I fell in love. I started to attract more of what I desired which led me towards new possibilities, and I followed the nudge to learn Reiki healing and share it with others. Its been an expansive journey led by my heart, and truly honoured to hold space for beautiful souls to grow!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment in my business is watching the transformation happen to my clients. Honoured that I am a part of their journey to get through the emotional blockages to create space and allow the energy to flow and see them happy and full of love.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about becoming a business owner is knowing that there are going to be ups and downs in your business. When you have hit a rough patch, know that it's really just a time to reflect and CHOOSE again! Lead with your heart!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay in your own lane. (Everyone is different even if you are offering the same thing) be you, and you will attract like-minded people!
- Walk through life knowing that everything is an opportunity. Keep an open mind!
- If you feel a nudge go with it! It is your soul speaking to you! If you never try, you will never know!
