What's your business, and who are your customers?

We help business operators become business owners by outsourcing their tasks to virtual assistants.

Tell us about yourself

I spent 17 years climbing the corporate ladder reaching a senior leadership role, and even spending four years on an assignment in Switzerland. Two years ago, I started my own business and retired from a corporate job earlier this year. My life was always super busy working in corporate and running multiple businesses while keeping an orderly home with three kids. I found myself constantly answering questions from friends and family about how I was able to do it. The secret is I was able to outsource most of my "busy work" to Virtual Assistants and free up precious time for myself. So, it turned into a career! I now run a global staffing company helping busy business operators become strategic business owners and free up their time.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having my team run my business.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Time management.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
