We enable organizations to improve their productivity and agility by offering their innovation teams a proven path to success.

Tell us about yourself

I want to contribute to a greener planet and a better world. Early in my career, I noticed that there were plenty of ideas. The bottleneck that is hindering progress is nearly always acting upon these ideas and bringing them to practice. Once I realized that, I set out to develop a better and easier way to bring ideas to practice. Many years of hard work, which included getting a Ph.D. on the topic and emerging myself in sales training, got me where we are today with Organizing4Innovation.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having developed a solution that offers a proven path to success for innovation teams. That is, teams that use our platform are 3x faster and have a 5x higher chance of success than the current alternatives.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

You are the CEO - the Chief Everything Officer. Especially in the beginning when the financial means are limited, you have to make everything happen and fix whatever goes wrong - whether it relates to IT, marketing, sales, or product development.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be super diligent in your customer discovery. Realize that having your own company means that you are likely going to spend most of your time in sales. Enjoy the process!
