What's your business, and who are your customers?

Optimal Living Summit is a full-service agency that focuses on mental health, occupational wellness, and strengthening team spirit within the workplace. We create experienced-based solutions through an alternative approach for individuals and corporate businesses.

Tell us about yourself

Essentially, the birth of the company came right after I wrote a self-development book called Don't Let Fear Paralyze You! I became a best-selling author and went on tour to speak with different people across North America about their fears and being stuck. A subject matter that continues to challenge a lot of people today. The birth of the book led to the creation of the Optimal Living Summit agency. A company that helps businesses and people with mental health, stress, and financial success. One of the biggest joys is hearing positive feedback about our curated experiences and spreading the word about what we do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping businesses and people become happy. Nothing surpasses the pure joy of watching someone soar after dealing with our company.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Marketing and sales.

Find your true purpose in life.
