What's your business, and who are your customers?

I created OnlyTheInspired.com for the struggling coaches and entrepreneurs that really wanted to get their business going but were struggling with spending thousands of dollars on courses and coaching and still felt like they were beating their heads against the walls trying to be seen and heard. I want to help them from start to finish so they don't feel like they are all alone out there and so they don't give up on their dream. If we can help tens of thousands of coaches and entrepreneurs be successful, the ripple effect of the people they help will multiply exponentially. Let's raise the vibration of the planet!!!

Tell us about yourself

After spending tens of thousands of dollars trying to launch my coaching business and being taught to charge $1,000/month as a NEW relationship coach, I realized that the coaching system was broken. I wanted to create a space for coaches to be in their geniuses and do what they do best, coach and help people. It should not be that the only ones out there making an impact and money are the good marketers. I want to empower anyone who desires to uplift others and make a positive impact on the world, do just that, and do it without going bankrupt.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Taking my vision that I had five years ago and turning it into reality.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Having a vision that is so much bigger than anything I have ever done and then having the patience and the will to push through so many things that I had not a clue what I was doing. All while trying to get people to believe in me and my vision when nothing was working.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You have to take the first step. Even if you don't know what you are doing, you will figure it out. As Marie Forleo would say, "Everything is figureoutable!" One step at a time.
  2. You have to be consistent. It takes time to plant the seed, and then you have to nurture and care for it even though it appears like absolutely nothing is happening. Keep showing up.
  3. Make sure that whatever the business is, it lights you up. It is super important to really know the things that light you up. That is why I believe that self-discovery is so important. If you can create a business that fulfills you on a daily basis and it also is a complete win-win for you and your customer, you will feel like it is a complete blessing that you get to do it every day.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

If you know in your heart that you are meant to make a difference, but you are scared to step out of your comfort zone or the place that everyone you know expects you to be, I say JUMP! You don't want to look back and say, I wish I would have. Don't let this life be one of regret. You were put here for a reason. Now make it happen. If you need help, come see me.
