What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am the founder of a fashion illustration online community. Right now, we have an online store that sells their amazing artworks. Our customers are fans and supporters of the artists' works.

Tell us about yourself

I first started this online community in 2013, and originally, I only used the blog and Instagram to feature fashion artworks from around the world. After eight years, I started to see a demand for fashion artworks. I wanted to help artists make more money with their amazing works! The artists motivate me to have this store because their works are beautiful, and I would like more people to own their works.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing customers buying the artworks and hanging them in their houses!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Find the right audience for the store.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

You need to have a plan for a year so you know what you should be doing. Make good use of social media platforms. These are the free tools that help you to expand your audience circle. Make sure you have good quality products to sell at the store and have good customer service.
