Career Coach, Talent Strategist, Artist and Musician. I help people and their organizations improve the human dimension of business, coaching people to find optimal work and assisting organizations in finding their ideal people.

Tell us about yourself

The world needs more people who are lit up about their lives and purpose. When we love doing what we do well and serve the people we believe in, the world becomes infinitely better.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've coached thousands of people into major career and spiritual breakthroughs. Empower them to understand and articulate their true value and purpose and find the work that lets them get to it!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

As a business owner, you'll want to ensure that you're championing all aspects of the business you're responsible for and get the help you need in the areas that don't naturally draw you in. You are unlikely to have started your business so you can do more admin, but it's still needed, so you can get to the work that takes you to the top.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Start with your 'will have/won't have' list - get really clear on what you want and what you don't.
  2. Delight in refining your 20-second overview - get a coach (like me) to help you inspire your audience!
  3. You are the chief architect of your emotional and financial landscape - own up and enjoy!
