What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a coaching and consultancy services company that has created a revolutionary technique called Coaching360. It is a new vision of coaching that achieve results for people and companies. Our customers are people between 25-45 years old from medium-high incomes and companies with 60 or more staff.
Tell us about yourself
My passion is to serve, and during my life, I have learned skills oriented to help people and companies through coaching. Every day, my motivation is to make people better.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have helped more than a thousand people to change their lives, believe in themselves, and make their dreams come true. We won entrepreneurship funding from the government.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Believe in the idea and create a plan around the dream. Think about the people and the effort to take it and make it real. As a result of the challenge, you have to improve, gain knowledge, innovate, and drive the company to sustainability every day.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be sure that your idea is aligned with your passion.
- Make a plan.
- Execute the plan every day and repeat it until success knocks on the door.
