Tell us about yourself
I got into the holistic health industry because I struggled with many different health issues that hadn't seemed to resolve through the conventional medical industry. What motivates me is when I see my clients start to turn a corner with their health issues. They start to get more energy, sleep better, have better cognition, and reclaim their lives again through adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle with whole foods and plant medicine.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Always learning and educating myself and keeping up with all the latest health modalities.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Managing staff members.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Don't try and do it all yourself if you need to hire other professionals to help grow your business so that you can spend time doing the things you enjoy to grow your business.
