What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is an online program for moms. My target group is mothers and pregnant women.

Tell us about yourself

For many years I only did personal training, but more and more mothers wanted me as a personal trainer. That's how I came up with the idea of having online training sessions. I established online programs. I am happy every day when I see how many mothers have the opportunity to train safely during pregnancy and after childbirth and what results they achieve.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Happy and satisfied customers. This is the basic. I am one of the first in Slovenia to focus on this type of audience. The most successful online program for mothers. In addition to many invitations to podcasts, television, and magazines, I founded a portal where mothers get all the information for a safe and healthy period of motherhood.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Especially for a woman entrepreneur who is also a mother and a partner; it's one big hell :) Especially at the beginning. There are always challenges, but with the right people and helpers, anything is possible.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

In general, it is necessary to be really good at one thing and not average at more. Outsourcing works wonders. It always pays off if you work as a team and are not alone. If you want to do everything yourself, there will be less money and less free time, and vice versa.
