What's your business, and who are your customers?

My name is Ninon de Vere De Rosa; I am the executive producer and Host of Vegas Live with Ninon. We are exploding in Las Vegas and going into our 6th year filming Vegas Live with Ninon. Creating your Image, brand, and vision to become a reality that the world can offer with a new media on demand.

Tell us about yourself

I spent my life engaging in multicultural and multinational experiences ranging from my career as a high-end model in Europe, underwater swimming act in Beirut, as an actress in England, Europe, and the United States, to the author of “Joyful Volunteering,” a Sonnet writer, real estate Investor, Antique dealer, television producer, a documentary filmmaker, internet TV talk show host, with my most recent show Vegas Live with Ninon.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I garnered: The Los Angeles Business Journal Award, Davey Award, USA Presidents Award, The Gracie Allen Award, Top Rank U.S. Executive Award, NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle 2013, 15,16, and The Voice of Empowerment Award. The total number of accolades is over one hundred.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being believed that when you have a lot going for you, slim, pretty, and highly intelligent, it is very hard for people to understand you have a brain.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Body Language: Who you are is represented in how you walk, sit and stand. The body tells it all - at all times.
  2. Activating your Voice: Your voice is heard and not seen.
  3. Confidence: Confidence is seen and not heard; a silent moment can make or break a deal.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

To possess extensive knowledge and experience as Executive Producer and Director of television and radio talk shows, Internet social media, with the opportunity to interview the famous and infamous financial executives, real estate, politicians, educational leaders, and the admired entertainers of the world.
