What's your business, and who are your customers?

We provide business consulting services to cannabis and ancillary companies. We primarily focus on Business Plans, Pro Formas, Pitch Decks, and Strategic Marketing Plans and Programs.

Tell us about yourself

My background is in the corporate world, primarily in high-tech companies. I started performing business consulting about 20 years ago and teaching at local colleges and universities. When it became apparent that New Jersey was going to be legalizing cannabis, I saw it as a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity and formed my company.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Starting and growing a new business in a chaotic industry filled with challenges.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing client expectations.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Get a business plan. Either hire someone or do it yourself. Suppose you need help, contact SCORE (SCORE.org). They have lots of free resources on the site, and you can be matched up with a certified small business counselor. Follow the business plan and make changes as necessary.
