With 20+ years of experience in rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of dogs, Nice Diggz appeared a solid investment in a growth industry in which I had a background and gave me an enormous amount of joy and satisfaction.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growth. I have doubled the revenue of my first location and have opened a successful second location.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing the needs, concerns, and now safety of my employees.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Appreciate your staff as much as you appreciate your customers. Be prepared to work very long days while growing your business. Pay your bills on time.
