Sustainably Scale, Profit, & Master - Natasha Zoryk
Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Natasha Zoryk, Business Mentor, Podcaster, and International Speaker, located in Montréal, QC, Canada.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
Business mentor and public speaker. Customers are female entrepreneurs that are service-based CEOs. They are leaders who disrupt the industry norms by going against traditional marketing tactics, they have a strong sense of self-trust, and they deeply value community-centered approaches to business. They, we, lead with the utmost integrity and fun within the business.
Tell us about yourself
I started out in 2019 as a web and brand designer, quit and went full-time in 3 months, and blossomed into a digital marketing and designing agency, scaled to 6 figs in 6 months, scaled to multi-6 figs, and ditched the biz to step into mentorship. Evolved and grew like crazy, got fed up with all the same cookie-cutter stuff in the online space, so I conducted a yearlong social experiment where I focused on three pillars and stopped ALL mass content creation, didn't post on my grid on IG for a whole year and scaled to nearly 7 figs, grew by over 1000% - so much magic happened! Here I am, stepping into this full rebrand era and about to launch all the new elevated goodies from the experiment. What motivates me is the drive to change women's lives and to lead with true integrity and passion within the business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My clients are raving successes -- nominated CEO of the year -- scaling to 7 figures.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The self-trust -- you need it in order to push through the ebbs and flows.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Take the messy and inspired actions now, not tomorrow..now. You'll learn what brightens your light once you figure out what dims it. Aka, embrace failures; they're pockets of gold.
- Stop asking everyone's opinion and advice - trust yourself and go all in.
- Have fun, truly. Embrace every moment - PLAY in the biz, test shit out, don't take it so seriously every step of the way.
