What's your business, and who are your customers?
The Women's LeadH.E.R Collective is a community-driven workspace that caters to creative, growth-oriented women and female entrepreneurs by providing an inspiring working environment. Productivity, wellness, empowerment, collaboration, connection, and support. Through various events, community activations, and educational programming.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Certified Professional Business & Leadership Coach and Consultant for women. I am also the Founder and CEO of Naomi's Coaching and Consulting.
My goal has always been to leave a well-thought-out and well-rounded legacy that is focused on empowering women to go after their dreams of entrepreneurship and leadership without fear. This was what brought me to start Naomi's Coaching and Consulting. After many months of hosting monthly women groups in my community as well as running my online membership called "The Women's LeadH.E.R Collective."
I decided to pivot from hosting monthly groups and meeting online into a physical place called The Women's LeadH.E.R Collective. My hope and dream for creating this space are for women from all walks of life to have a place where they are drawn together with the purpose of collaborating, Connecting, Sharing, Learning, and Growing so they can LEAD, Happy, Empowered, Restored. "LeadH.E.R"
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
IMPACT!!!!!!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Knowing when to pivot and understanding that you have to follow what your clients and customers need.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay Consistent.
- DO NOT GIVE UP.
- BE Knowledgeable ( read and get a mentor in your industry).
