What's your business, and who are your customers?

I run Mysore and Ayurveda Las Vegas, along with my yoga partner Jennifer Knox. I help and inspire others to understand nature and how to naturally heal the body and mind through the ancient traditions of Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine.

I meet with patients to work on medical diagnoses and treat them through herbal medicines and bodywork. Our practitioners and my patients come from all walks of life- young, old, sick, and healthy. Anyone willing can practice.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing people transform their lives and feel good!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

My job doesn't feel like a job besides the paperwork.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Teach what you know and practice on a daily basis.
  2. Promote what you are passionate about; it won't feel like a business.
  3. Don't be scared to share.
