What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a weight loss accountability coach and create and sell meal plans that the whole family will love! My motto is small changes equal big results!
Tell us about yourself
My health and fitness journey began in May 2020 when I stepped on the scale and decided I needed to make a drastic change. I had tried and failed many times in the past, but for some reason, I knew this time was going to be different. I knew I needed to make a commitment to myself, be consistent, give myself grace and stay determined even on the hardest days. I started to focus on my health; I changed my relationship with food and managed to not only lose 50 pounds but create a life I could have never imagined. The best part was that I never had to eliminate any foods, cut out happy hours, say no to ice cream dates with my daughter or sacrifice the meals I love in order to reach my health and fitness goals.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping other women realize they aren't stuck in their bodies or lives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Juggling home life as a single mom to a 6-year-old daughter and work life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be consistent.
- Set boundaries.
- Set mini goals for yourself and your business.
