What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a web design agency located in South Pasadena, California. We provide a wide variety of website services, from logo and content creation to website development and design. We handle the project for many in the entertainment industry, licensed contractors, and e-commerce stores. We also have numerous clients in food and beverage, logistics, and numerous other industries. Some noteworthy entertainment industry clients are Academy Award-winning animator Paul Briggs. Academy award-winning production company Allied Artists. Critically acclaimed Emmy-nominated filmmaker Mike Mathis. We recently redesigned the website for legendary jazz musician Eddie Harris. Other clients include Uncorked Wine Festivals, Author Jay Mathews, and local businesses like OsteoStrong, The Studio O, Cordova Cafe & Bottleshop.
Tell us about yourself
I come from a sales and customer service background, so while I can be nerdy, I speak your language, not code. I've been working with WordPress website development for 14 years, first on a business site for myself, then full-time, for the past 12 years. I love my job because every project is different, and my goal is simply to have my client look better online than their competition.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My client base and the number of satisfied customers. My Company Site is the #1 rated web design agency in Pasadena, California, and surrounding areas.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a web designer is the toll it will take on my eyes. I am more aware of my time spent behind the computer these days. Other than that, I love what I do and making clients happy.
