Tell us about yourself
I am the founding President and CEO of Mulay's Sausage Corp. A business started with my then-boyfriend, now husband, to make extra money while living the "ski-bum" life in Crested Butte, CO. Heading up this WBENC Certified Woman-Owned Business, my expertise lies in sales, marketing, R&D, strategic planning, and development. I am the corporate visionary, opening new channels and exploring growth opportunities for the company. Growing Mulay's with a critical eye for quality, I am very proud of our company, leading the competition with innovation and certifications, always ahead of trends, pursuing a tradition of excellence for over 30 years.
Contributing to local food banks is one way myself, my family, and Mulay's give back to local communities and support local non-profits. A foodie from the start, I am a mom of 2 daughters, an avid traveler who enjoys photography and painting when time allows. I love to scuba dive, paddleboard, golf, and will ski to "apré ski" when the weather is perfect.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Staying true to our mission by developing strong partnerships within the industry. Working with a network of people I have so much respect for is fun and keeps me growing and learning.
