I am the proud owner of Mouthful Eatery. We are located in Thousand Oaks, Ca. Our customers are those who enjoy food loaded with flavor and ultimate service.

Tell us about yourself

I started cooking as a kid back in Peru in my mom's kitchen. I Fell in love with the creative process and the team spirit of cooking professionally. Feeding from the heart is amazingly rewarding!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to create an environment of growth for our team while being a positive influence in our community

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The "Balancing Act" between great quality, profitability, and happiness

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Volunteer in a similar environment before doing your own.
  2. Preplan as much as humanly possible.
  3. Stay true to the passion and vision that brought you to open in the first place.
