What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a leadership consultant, executive coach, and trusted advisor who partners with successful engineering organizations to grow their leaders, guiding them in the midst of professional and organizational change and transition.
I thrive on collaboration and work with clients in a true partnership. I develop leaders and prepare them for what's next. I build long-lasting relationships with my clients that are based on mutual trust and commitment. A signature of working with me is that the relationships formed are deep, empowering, and meaningful.

Isolation.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Have at least nine months of income in the bank, so you aren't desperate to bring in the biz right away.
