What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Leadership coach. My clients are business leaders, head college sports coaches, athletics directors, and orchestra.
Tell us about yourself
I am a leadership coach who has actually been in the trenches. I was a college head coach for 30 years. Our teams had success, including 2 NCAA DI national team championships. I learned that managers simply try to get the most out of their people, whereas leaders seek to inspire and empower their people to get the most out of themselves.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing people in leadership positions with a framework that helps them inspire and empower their people to stretch beyond what they perceive to be their limitations
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Understanding the art of leadership versus simply managing people.
