What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a success habits coach, and I help busy professionals replace non-productive behaviors with habits ones that create the life and business they desire.
Tell us about yourself
I spent twenty years in the organizing and productivity profession. For the past three years, I've been a coach, helping clients produce superior outcomes in life and business. Nothing fires me up more than getting text messages and emails from clients sharing their latest victories, wins, and growth points they've accomplished through our work together. The days I serve my clients are my happiest days!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Outside of receiving awards and accolades from my industry peer group, I'm not sure I could name one single big accomplishment. However, when I think about the cumulative value I have brought to my clients -- both in my twenty years in organizing and productivity, as well as in coaching -- I know I have impacted thousands of people to live in new ways and bring new thinking to their lives.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the biggest challenges of being a business owner -- especially a solo professional -- is balancing the time commitment between filling the pipeline and executing your offerings. This is why scaling and leveraging time are so important!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be clear on who your target market is and what their pain points are.
- Clearly communicate how you resolve your target market's pain points.
- When you feel stuck, ask for help and mentorship from others who have already solved the challenge you face.
