What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a French pastry shop / coffee shop located near Metrotown. Our customers are 80% local residents who live nearby. We are proud to serve freshly baked French pastries such as croissants. We make everything from scratch and in house.

I am completely in love with my profession. I am very fortunate to turn my passion into business!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is the growth of my business over the years and loyal returning customers who are regulars because of the quality of our product.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding good loyal employees is very hard. And lately it is instability because of the COVID and new rules that we have to follow. Uncertainty in the feature and inability to predict.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
1. Make sure what you do is 100% your passion.
2. Have a good support from your family.
3. Learn to adapt to the rules and be positive.
