What's your business, and who are your customers?

I have a service-based coaching business. I help entrepreneurs and CEOs balance their personal and professional lives and create peace & joy from within.

Tell us about yourself

I started my business because I came from Afghanistan, where women were not allowed to be educated or work. I wanted to break that boundary to create my own business, have financial freedom, and have the freedom to raise my daughters. What motivates me every day to do what I do is seeing my client’s life change by using their potential to create balance, peace & joy in their lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is being the first female from Afghanistan to become a leadership coach.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Keeping up with the speed of social media. Every day a new app comes in that business owners need to learn. Very time-consuming.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
