What's your business, and who are your customers?
In short, my business provides amazing solution-focused services for Mothers running a business and a household; this is done through my work as an online operations manager as well as through my life and success coaching.
Tell us about yourself
The spark to start my business came as I was driving around the Midwest as a sales representative listening to business podcasts. Thought to myself, I can totally do that. I opened the doors to my business in 2016, taking on clients as a Virtual Assistant, and I've never looked back. These days my spark is an all-out passion for helping entrepreneurs with their operations, life, and mind through my work as an online operations manager as well as a life and success coach. I have been known to describe myself as a stay-at-home mom with a kick-butt side hustle.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping my clients to see that life and business has multiple solutions. We can get stuck inside the box and forget that you can come up with multiple solutions for every opportunity you're facing in business and life. It is all about how you look at it.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Oh my goodness, this one is easy. The transition from employee to business owner. Being the one that wears all the hats at the beginning was hard.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Every day give yourself grace.
- Every item on your to-do list must have time on your calendar.
- Look to learn and grow every day.

Business with ebb and flow; when it is flowing, enjoy the ride, and when it is ebbing, give thanks.
