What's your business, and who are your customers?
Mindful Matters LLC is a coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy service-based business. I work with entrepreneurs and professionals to help them break through the limiting beliefs that hold them back, using my C.A.L.M Framework, so they can feel more motivated and achieve the results they want in life and business.
Tell us about yourself
Turning the big "4-oh" triggered me to take the next big leap in my life and resign from my job to help others live their life their way. I'm motivated to help others shift and expand into the next best version of themselves. I love helping people realize their worth and value so they can achieve their goals with more speed and ease.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Publishing my new book, The CALM Method: The Inner Game to Getting the Results You Want.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being your own boss and motivating yourself every day to do the work that leads to consistent money coming in, so you can continue to serve and do what you love.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Work with a mentor for business and mindset support.
- Have an accountability partner(s) to surround yourself with like-minded people and offer consistent support so you're not lone-wolfing it.
- Get an assistant or VA as soon as possible to help you save time and stay in your zone of genius doing what you're best at.
