What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Financial Coach. My passion is to reach customers that feel lost financially and do not know where even to begin. They are probably paycheck to paycheck and may not know if they can cover their basic needs. They do not see a way out of their situation. I walk them through step by step until the end, and their journeys are all different.

Tell us about yourself

I have had to start over multiple times in life and survived without help or loans. I just did not have those resources available, nor did I know how to find resources. I want to pass this on to others and share what I have learned.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The first time I received a referral was such a confirmation for me that people actually have been listening and that I actually helped someone.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Learning how to talk to different kinds of people to relate my services with their needs in a way they understand.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Know your audience, understand your worth on pricing not to short yourself just to get business; the work never ends, so learn where you can delegate out.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

It's a lot of work, but if you are following your passion, it will be worth it in the end.
