What's your business, and who are your customers?

We created Meta Nutrition, a meal plan generator app that provides daily guidance through an array of tools for people who are looking to lose weight. Some of the individuals who've most benefited from our app our women that have tried time and time again to lose weight and have turned to fad diets or professionals but still struggle with the daily nuances of cooking meals that work for their lifestyle and budget.

Tell us about yourself

I got started in late 2019 after going to a networking event with our CEO, Simone Zienna. I myself am a vegetarian and struggled to gain weight for years and years because I wasn't used to my new diet. My personal understanding and life experiences proved to me that there was a need for a product like this. When the opportunity presented itself, I joined forces with Simone to make it a reality.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We've bootstrapped this business from the ground up, managed to acquire 45k users +, and have helped many of them with accomplishing their goals.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The rollercoaster of emotions, the highs and lows, the constant imposter syndrome, and feeling as if you aren't good enough to make your small business into something much bigger.
