What's your business, and who are your customers?

Woman/minority-owned. Our customers are city, state, and county agencies (i.e., social services, foster care, homelessness, police, drug addiction...all agencies). We are a simple-to-use data analytics platform that sits on top of their existing enterprise. We empower government agencies to better improve interoperability for their communities.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping foster care kids and the homeless have a better chance to survive and thrive.

Being patient and knowing that not everything is on/in your timeline.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. It's not what you know; it's who you know.
  2. Build a financial plan and add in a 25% buffer. Surprises happen!
  3. Ask for help.
