What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am an online teaching company for nursing students and new nurses.
Tell us about yourself
I am a local central Florida nurse. During the height of covid, I saw how dire the nursing profession was. I saw nurses leaving the bedside in droves. I also saw brand new nurses starting without enough training and being trained by other new nurses with little experience.
I decided to start my own online business to "make more nurses and train new nurses with her experience of over a decade in healthcare." I started NurseMegRN.com and started a tiktok. In a little over a year, I have over 600K followers on TikTok, over 1500 nurses who have taken her courses, and more than 50k nurses who use my printouts daily in hospitals around the country.
My 6 figure business has no signs of slowing down. In 2023 I am launching an app for nursing school students. I am revolutionizing this next generation of nurses with my passion for nursing students and new nurses.
