What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is called MegawattsProductions. My customers are entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to be seen, heard, and recognized through podcasting.
Tell us about yourself
I worked behind the scenes for years in television production then I figured out how to do it myself and for others. I am motivated by others telling their stories freely and helping them create a legacy through storytelling.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Interviewing Jerry Springer, who started my career, and producing healthcare podcasts live and remotely.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing is collecting money and monetizing your passion.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a good mentor or someone who believes in you.
- Don't sleep in; the day goes quickly.
- Don't quit your day job until your side hustle makes enough.
