What's your business, and who are your customers?
I own three businesses in the health & wellness industry! Terpnutriton is a full spectrum organic CBD recovery company. Positively Fit Community which helps women all over prioritize their mental & physical health through customized 1-1 coaching on our app. All with the support of our amazing community. Coaching with confidence helps other health coaches start and scale their coaching business.
Tell us about yourself
Former elementary teacher turned entrepreneur. I had back surgery at the age of 21, which got me prioritizing my health & looking for alternative ways to recover using plant medicine. This is what inspired me to start all three of my businesses! I love helping people & truly feel I’m a teacher at heart.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
It is impacting thousands of lives through health & wellness + plant medicine!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Taking breaks. I love what I do, and I often overwork myself because of how much I love what I do. But it’s so important to set boundaries and take time off.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Hire a mentor; you will scale 10x faster & will benefit from the support.
- Get clear on the Vision & who your ideal client or customer is.
- Show up consistently on social media.
