What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a meal prep company bringing convenience, saving you time and money, and offering a healthier alternative to your eating habits so you can accomplish your fitness goals sooner and easier! We deliver fresh and organic meal preps every week so you can achieve a smarter lifestyle to become the best YOU you can be.

We have a renowned algorithm that will calculate your portions based on your fitness goals and physical information. The meals themselves are packaged in vacuum-sealed, BPA-free containers and are delivered with an ice pack in an insulated bag so that they stay fresh longer. Our company also offers healthy meal preps, a workout plan, nutritional tips, and more options to obtain a life where you're in control again.

Tell us about yourself

I moved to the United States when I was 20 y/o to play basketball, but when I realized that I wasn't good enough, I became a full-time personal trainer. I was so busy that my parents would make my meals every Sunday to prepare me for the week, and that just made my life so much easier. I noticed what other meal prep companies had to offer, but they all lacked the knowledge on fitness and nutrition other than just providing pre-made frozen meals.

I looked at many of the meal prep services in the industry and was inspired to create something that could offer a lot more. We help you utilize the time you'd spend going to the market to pick out the ingredients, cooking in the kitchen, and cleaning up afterward to spend time with your family and work and other things more deserving of your time. The success and keeping our clients happy is what keeps me motivated and pushing harder to go from #GoodtoGreat.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

So far, I would say our biggest accomplishment is expanding from San Diego, where we started to the OC and LA area. We are planning to go national, but for now, our expansion throughout SoCal is a big accomplishment and reminds me why we are doing what we're doing. We are the first meal prep company in California to have over 3,000 clients and to be expanding from one county to another just a few years after opening our doors.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Like all businesses, I'd say the hardest thing about running any business is making sure you have every aspect equally looked after from different angles, so nothing slips through the cracks. We have to work together as a team in the kitchen and in the office while serving thousands of people we don't even know.

The sacrifices I have to give up from my own personal life to make sure everything is going smoothly with my company are definitely proof that I'm fully devoted to everything that I have created with my team by my side.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Before you start anything, you should have research, education, and backup plans and methods to minimize the mistakes in your upcoming venture.
  2. You need to build a solid system that correlates with your vision and keeps everything running smoothly on the inside and outside.
  3. To grow, you should always keep your passion for the business but also prioritize the customer experience as they are the reason you are making your business a reality.
