What's your business, and who are your customers?
At MaxxAlive, we help women and men balance their hormones NATURALLY. Our All-Natural Hormone Balance Program is a complete bio-identical hormone balancing system. This system delivers targeted nutrition to support both hormone balance and overall wellness. Our six core products are a culmination of over 30 years of expertise in hormone health. This program supports healthy adrenal function, elevated energy, mood, and mental performance, as well as cardiovascular, bone, lung, and digestive health. Our customers turn to us for help when they have tried all conventional methods attempting to figure out "what's wrong with me." While using blood to test hormones is not inaccurate, it is incomplete, and most doctors will miss the overall picture of a patient's hormone health. Saliva is the most accurate way to test hormones. We encourage our customers to take a saliva test, which is sent to an independent laboratory. Those results give our clients fact-based results, and from there, we can help them get on track.
Tell us about yourself
I co-founded MaxxAlive after realizing there was a misunderstanding about hormone health and that I could help thousands of men and women. I personally trained under a world-renowned hormone doctor in my own search to find answers when my own body began to change with age and when traditional medicine suggested surgery and pharmaceutical measures. With that knowledge and expertise, I formed MaxxAlive. For the past 15 years, we have helped thousands and thousands of customers take control of their hormone health. One very unique aspect of our system is that we can test hormones with an oral saliva test and evaluate where an individual is at the start. After being on our program consistently for 6-12 months, we can retest and show improvement or even balanced hormones. Knowing that our system works and changes lives is what motivates me each day to pursue this mission with dedication and passion.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is truly helping people and changing lives. I'm talking about life-changing, life-altering stories! My FAVORITE story is hearing that someone has finally conceived after trying to get pregnant for a short while or battling infertility issues for years. The GREATEST joy is to hear that someone is now going to be a mom, and when we see baby pictures, we celebrate! We also have success in helping women avoid all menopause symptoms and regain energy levels and sex drive. The list goes on. I thoroughly enjoy educating people that if you just give your body what it needs, it will heal itself.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things about a business owner is shutting out the negative-negative thoughts internally or negative comments externally. Naysayers await around every corner, so staying focused on the end goal is paramount. That focus must always be positive and life-giving.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Live in the creative plane, not competitive. There is plenty of business for everyone. In fact, business is limitless.
- Surround yourself with a great team.
- Have patience, be consistent, and don't give up. Trust your "inner voice."
