What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a practitioner-led negotiation training and consulting collective, providing support to organizations and individuals negotiating at high-stakes tables. We work with Fortune 100's, environmental advocates, U.S. Special Forces, and victims of Ransomware attacks.
Tell us about yourself
The professional answer is that I read a book about a team of negotiators who traveled internationally to support value-creation while resolving conflict. After reading it, I applied to The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy to study International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and was fortunate enough to study and work with the people I read about. Having worked within negotiation and training "firms" modeled on the law firm, I felt that this type of work could be done more efficiently and more effectively in a practitioner-run collective.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The crushing loneliness and the tensions between humility and marketing.
