What's your business, and who are your customers?

Mastry is an experience to get into a flow state and optimize human performance. We leverage hypnobreathwork® - breathwork to clear energetic patterns. Hypnosis reprograms subconscious beliefs and visioning for extreme mental clarity. We work with corporate and sports teams to curate immersive experiences and also have an app.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a former New Yorker with ten years in advertising and marketing on top global brands. I went through a spiritual sabbatical and became fascinated by breathwork as a catalyst for self-awareness and understanding the subconscious mind. I'm grateful to be able to mix my marketing and branding experience with technology to help the world become more conscious and live its purpose.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I currently have 70 coaches certified globally worldwide, which I'm very proud of. We attract people with very pure intentions that want to be of service and contribute positively to the world. I'm excited about the opportunities as we continue to scale Mastry and get enterprise and athletic teams into a flow state.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think staying mindful, returning to the mission, and practicing empathetic leadership are the most critical and challenging components to manage. Everyone has a different opinion on how you should run your business. Staying grounded and intuitive is vital.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Take intuitive action daily.
Be diligent in the people you choose to help you grow your business.
Have a spiritual practice.
