Tell us about yourself

As a late bloomer, I had to overcome numerous obstacles to focus solely on making music for a living. Along the way, I have had numerous coaches and mentors. The principles I learned from those amazing people have allowed me to turn my life around, and now I wish to help others do the same. Music is my raison d'être, and I have dedicated the rest of my life to writing, recording, performing music, and assisting others on their journey through coaching and mentorship.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I started two businesses so I wouldn't have to work a 9-5 job to support my music. I grew those businesses to over $100k/annually and now have successfully sold them to clear my plate for music and coaching.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Discipline + focus. When you get these two handled, the rest becomes much easier.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find a business you LOVE to do.
  2. Get clear on your big-picture goal.
  3. Don't worry about the HOW of achieving it; just look at the Next Logical Step.
