What's your business, and who are your customers?

Known as the Business Coach for Misfits, I am a growth strategist helping entrepreneurs and leaders develop and position their brands, master the CEO Mindset, and increase their revenues without hitting burnout.

Tell us about yourself

I've been selling since the age of 6 and have spent the majority of my life involved in various business deals that many would consider "impossible." I've learned how to better package myself—and the businesses I've worked with—to effectively appeal to different markets, ensuring a higher ROI. Now it's my mission to coach and speak on how entrepreneurs can create a financial ecosystem around what makes them different and their unique systems and tactics so that they can make the difference they want to make in this world and create success THEIR way.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To date, it's giving bonuses to my team. I believe in sharing the 3 Ws - Wealth, Work, and Win.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Honoring our own 'energies' or path. I think many want the result of someone who's been in business much longer. So instead of taking the first few steps, many focus on taking the 10th step, which can be overwhelming and cause burnout.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

There's no rush when you know where you're going. If you're confused, get clear first. Doing more isn't giving you a different result.
Being you doesn't mean not doing anything. It means doing what feels right for you.
Business will always be about the 4Ps - Product, Process, People, and Profit. Always assess how you're doing on all four.
