But that's only the beginning! By offering an integrated digital marketing approach, including SEO strategies, content marketing, effective social media campaigns, branding, photography, and more, our clients continue to improve their visibility and generate qualified leads. We serve start-ups, Professional Services, and the Service Industry.

Tell us about yourself

I started working in this industry at the end of 1997. I worked for a small start-up, which allowed me to learn on the job. There was no formal training for building and designing websites at the time. From that job, through all my positions working from start-ups, I enjoyed being a part of something new. That led me to start my own business in 2004, and I never looked back. I'm motivated to help my clients the best I can and help them succeed. I view my clients as partners and do my part to help them be successful.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of my biggest accomplishments as a business owner is bringing value to my clients. Not only do I create and manage their digital presence, but I also try to assist them in any way I can. It could be in the form of connecting them with some of my valued partners or something as simple as getting on the phone and talking about business and discussing challenges and successes.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things as a small business owner is keeping a steady stream of business going. It's always a challenge for small business owners. While it is the hardest thing to do, it keeps me motivated and always looking for new avenues to market my business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. The first thing I always tell new business owners is to start small and spend/manage their cash flow. Do not over-extend yourself.
  2. The next most important thing would be to do what you do best and hire and trust professionals to do what you are not an expert in. If you run a restaurant, it's probably in your best interest to hire a bookkeeper and tax accountant. The amount of time that it takes you to complete that work, you could be working on or in your business, which is a better use of your time.
  3. Network, network, network. It only costs you time and effort, and the results will happen if you commit to it. It's a great way to build your business and find trusted partners for you and your clients.
