What's your business, and who are your customers?

I support medical and healthcare professionals in managing workplace stress and anxiety successfully.

Tell us about yourself

I transitioned into the healthcare-related profession due to a career change and identified the same issues professionals were experiencing in mortgage banking as they were in the healthcare profession. Many of my own family nephews and nieces have committed suicide, and I did not help them. Miriam, my wife, and I have experienced significant anxiety and stress caused by both economic and financial challenges.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping clients re-engage in their life after going through a major setback.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Letting go of what is familiar while repurposing and refocusing our capabilities toward new opportunities.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Clear your mind about why you are doing this.
  2. Would you be able to do it without the support of loved ones and mentors/coaches?
  3. Focus on global relationship building in order to gain a cultural and business-wide network.
