What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a mindset coach for entrepreneurs. I specialize in working with real estate professionals (agents, brokers, investors, wholesalers, etc.) and helping them master their minds to create thriving businesses!
Tell us about yourself
I entered the real estate industry two years ago when I started my real estate investment company. Not long after, I started working towards my real estate license, so I could represent buyers/sellers for residential home purchases. This would also supplement my investment company, being more present in the industry. January 2021, I started my self-improvement and healing journey. I went through intensive shadow work, inner child healing, and a self-mastery course that forever changed my entire life. Instead of allowing my pain points and trauma to be my story and dictate my choices as an adult, they became my power, and I completely altered the way I think and behave. This is mirrored in my business. When I was able to overcome personal roadblocks, I overcame business roadblocks as well and watched as my mind and business flourished. Now, after two years in the industry, I've been a part of over 100 deals both as an agent and investor. In the past six months, I ditched the agent life and multiple showings each day to instead help other real estate professionals with self-mastery so they can scale their businesses, skyrocket their income, and create the financially free life they've always desired!
There is truly nothing more fulfilling in life than being able to guide others through healing, inner work, and self-mastery. Witnessing my clients change the trajectory of their lives completely is the most rewarding work ever. Allowing a safe space and outlet for people to express how they think and feel, working towards altering those limiting beliefs, and re-writing personal narratives in a world that don't always show patience and kindness is what motivates me every single day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Scaling my real estate investment company to 6 figures in my first 12 months of business without any employees.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Keeping accountability for yourself each day. You are the only person setting deadlines for projects, managing your work hours, hitting KPIs each month, etc. It's easy some days to let the what if's and limiting beliefs get in the way. But to combat this, you have to overpower the little voice in the back of your head saying that you can't do it and make things happen!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- If you never chase a goal, you will live the rest of your life wishing you did. Start the business today, and chase after the dream life your life depended on it!
- Never allow the words or opinions of others to dictate what decisions you make in your business if they have not taken the same exact path you are currently on - their own fears and objections will negatively influence you.
- Maintain a delusional state of how successful your business will be and what your life will look like once it is created. When you envision the goals manifesting in your life, your brain expands its consciousness and creativeness to generate scenarios where this life will unfold. Let others say you're crazy. Then once you've built the business up, they'll be asking how you did it.
