What's your business, and who are your customers?
I make esoteric baths, beauty, and housewares. My customers are spiritually-minded wellness seekers and metaphysical practitioners.

I began by making a product for myself out of my own interests and began providing it to others upon request- it was so popular I went into it full-time.

Starting a business from nothing and building it up to its current status.

Balancing work/life, continuing to find inspiration and joy in the work on a daily basis.

- Plan long term, but be flexible short term.
- Don't expect success overnight.
