What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our business Leaders de demain/Tomorrow's leaders is about being there for our clients so they can see what is not visible about their communication and leadership right now that leads them to the results that they have in opposition to the results that they really want to create. We have powerful tools and coaching to support leaders in their desire to enroll their teams and colleagues so they can reach their goals while having an awesome human journey.

Tell us about yourself

After being a journalist for 24 years, I came to the conclusion that I can contribute to changing the leadership that I saw during all those years to a human and powerful leadership instead of all the pain that I have seen through all those years as a journalist, a manager, a union representative for my co-workers. I have been a coach and a leader in the communication and leadership field for 14 years now.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Staying strong, standing up for the changes that I wanted to initiate, and staying true to myself and my mission, even in the moments of doubt about myself, my mission, and what was possible.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being confident even when you don't get a result that aligns with the efforts you put in.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Being unstoppable, whatever comes up.
Stay true to yourself.
Become a real stand for your clients(leaders), so they can have what they came to get.
