Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in videography but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Joce Boissin, Founder of Lune de Miel Studio, located in Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a UK and Destination wedding videographer. I'm a visual storyteller, and I follow cinematic principles to deliver engaging, creative, and emotional wedding films. It's not just a recording of the day's events: It always starts with my couples and their story. My style aims to capture the beauty, romance, and emotions of their wedding and deliver a visually stunning and artful interpretation of it.
Tell us about yourself
I'm a UK and Destination wedding videographer. I love my family, and I love capturing memories. I've always loved cinema. And I love being a UK and Destination wedding videographer. I am a movie fanatic, which is why I love to make wedding films for my clients. Lune de Miel is French for honeymoon, and I set up the Studio by myself as a way to channel my inner creative spirit and deliver cinematic films. I'm now an award-winning UK and Destination wedding videographer.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My proudest accomplishment is winning multiple awards in my first year of trading!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a wedding videographer is to ensure that I always deliver something emotive and beautiful, finding the balance between artistic direction and a perfect representation of the couples' wedding day.
