What's your business, and who are your customers?
My company was born from the certainty that it is worth investing in human capacity. We strive day by day to help make human beings better, not only for companies but for this world as well.
Tell us about yourself
I worked for 27 years in multinationals in different segments. When I was young, I acted in public and private schools. Regardless of the area, I realized that investing in training strategies was always the best choice. People feel valued for contributing and seeking continuous improvement. And they feel useful in supporting each other in revealing their true talents. I fell in love with this purpose, and now I am an accomplished businesswoman looking for new challenges every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My main achievement is to work in what I love most, which is education, and also to give other people the opportunity to find themselves as talented and active human beings in this world full of possibilities to grow and move forward. Technology is the medium, and we humans are protagonists of a world full of love and people in need of a charming perspective.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The most intense challenges are those that face us with major decisions, such as: whether or not to accept a proposal, to choose a professional or not, to follow a strategy or not. These are decisions that can impact lives and therefore are often difficult to make.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My first tip is to take good care of people, especially those who work with you. Be transparent and open to real dialogue, and finally, find love in what you do because if you don't like what you do, your business will certainly not last long.
