The client's feedback and smiles motivate my team and me. We work on smaller modules as a product for clients, and a lot of the general public uses it in different forms: this motivates us as well. I run a small group of developers; we are 100% remote. We have dev from the USA, Nepal, India, and Central Europe. We run on a different zone so that we can support clients 24 hours. I used to work as an independent in Upwork for long and as clients liked my work and wanted to do more with me - I went to leadership roles, later result adding/growing a team to replicate what I was doing.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am now able to train/employ 20+ youths. I help fortune clients with different complex FrontEnd issues.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Managing the time to work together + HR management and other unknown expenses.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Run/build something on your own first and try to find someone with exactly your interest to grow together and build a great team.
