What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a Master's-prepared Registered Nurse and PCOS Hormone Coach. I specialize in helping women with PCOS lose weight and fix their periods naturally to increase their fertility.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business after losing my first son, Logan, at six months pregnant. What motivates me every day is helping women avoid a similar fate due to a lack of education and support.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is my clients' results. I have helped women have the family of their dreams and lose weight that they have been struggling to lose for decades.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Keep yourself motivated and accountable daily despite the sales or lack thereof.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Three tips for anyone looking to run a business is to become extremely clear on your why. Many things will distract you, and you will crumble unless you have a strong why and core.
- Everything that was once achieved, the physical, was once held in someone's mind. So if you can keep the vision for your business in your mind, it is achievable no matter what anyone else believes to be true.
- Your friends and family will be the last ones to support you. Support will usually come from strangers, and that's ok.
