Los Angeles Web Design, website design and marketing. We are more than just the top web design company, we're strategic thinkers. Our website design and digital marketing teams are user-friendly, always reliable, fiercely creative, and deeply committed to our clients.
Tell us about yourself
I have project managed and delivered many successful IT projects for local, state, and federal government agencies, including the City of Los Angeles, Community Development Department, Department of Interior, Division of Employment, Bureau of Land Management, Department of Agriculture, and Bureau of Indian Affairs. I manage a team of 18 for Los Angeles Web Design and have delivered hundreds of web projects.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Digital media design and development over the years since we started the business in 1997 has seen many changes. Staying on top of the many varied industry changes has been the most challenging because, in this industry, you can find yourself obsolete every six months if you are not constantly evolving with the industry.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Undoubtedly finding good people to work with, both clients and staff, is one of the hardest tasks to achieve. We look for people who are willing to not only work hard for our client projects but also willing to share advice along the way. We all benefit from a shared experience. We look for clients that are smart, critical thinkers, and respectful of our expertise. Sounds simple, but it's not always easy to identify.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be strong in your convictions, flexible with people, and kind.
